Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce, then season to taste to make a Russion dressing, then toss with the cabbage.
  2. Heat the corned beef in a skillet with the butter, top with the cheese, cover and let the cheese melt.
  3. Plate the corned beef and cheese, top with the cabbage, and serve hot.
